Reflexology applies pressure to specific points on your feet to promote the body’s innate ability to balance itself and provide relaxation.

THAI HERBAL RITUAL
First, different energy points (marma) are stimulated through finger or hand pressure. Then, the herbal combination of Thai spices is bundled in muslin, steamed and applied directly to your body in a kneading application. The massage strokes as well as the herbal properties of the oils help melt away tensions, loosen sore muscles, detoxify by increasing lymph drainage, and soften your skin.

The properties of heat and cold combined with the comforting mineral element of stones offer you the ultimate in centering, healing, and nurturing. Strokes are long and circular to enhance the centering quality.

BODY WRAP massage
To hydrate, replenish and tone your skin, our pre-massage wraps use organic, pure and nutrient rich mediums of mud, seaweed, herbs or clay. After allowing your entire body to detoxify and revitalize, a massage follows. The massage can be either relaxing or invigorating depending on client preference.

BODY POLISHES / SCRUBS / SALT GLO
To encourage the exfoliation (removal) of dead skin cells, the strokes of relaxation massage are used to apply mineral rich salts, sugars or gommages. After increasing the suppleness and vibrancy of the skin, the massage continues using moisturizing oils, lotions or creams.
back rejuvenation, “A facial for your back”
First, warm herbal compresses are applied to your back to increase hydration and allow the nutrients to be deeply absorbed. Your back is then cleansed and exfoliated, followed by a mask.
